Yepp Windows 7. I used to be heavy into desktop customization and would install all sorts of crap to make the desktop unique.

Sojexs, that is an awesome picture! Where can I get it? I also used to keep all icons off the desktop, but as I get older the lazier I get, and keep a few on there to what I need quickly.

I got it off of 4chan, but Here's a link to an actual website for it. Also, you can pin most of your shit to your menu bar, but for things you don't use often you can do what I do, which is just hide desktop icons and access them through the drop down menu on your bar.

I used to do that whole shtick of customizing your desktop to oblivion, but honestly I just got tired of it.

honestly mostly I use Wallbase when I want a new background. It collects images from a bunch of boards on 4chan, so you don't have to dig around in the shit to find the gold. It also has a fairly basic SFW rating system, so you can, per se, avoid getting fired for having boobies turn up with your search for headphone backgrounds.

Plus, y'know. free.
